Changing (Safety) Hats

For those Business Owners who constantly struggle to employ the right talent.  For others, who bristle at the thought of subcontracting out, hard won client projects because they don't have enough hands on deck to carry out the work.

I'm talking to you about a possible solution

. . .

. . .

Here at JumpSeat, we are always looking for different ways, for businesses to get ahead by using our platform.  We believe there is an opportunity for Business Owners to leverage the partnership between Listing Owner and Renter. This applies as much as it did before Covid but even more so now, while we all work through what Covid upheaval means to each of us in our day-to-day operations. By collaborating with each other, Business Owners could tap into this enormous pool of talent that’s right in their own backyard.  And why not!

 Pull together. To rebuild together.

Businesses of all sizes sometimes lack the resources to accomplish the tasks facing them.  At other times, companies realise that they don’t have the required expertise in-house to obtain the much needed results.  Some Business Owners can determine that an external supplier who specialises in a particular field could carry out the work.  In all these cases, companies look at subcontracting as a possible option.

Making more use of ‘Your Backyard’

How?  Through this unique relationship on JumpSeat, both Business Owners (Listing Owner and Renter) could partner-up.  By renting to another Business Owner who has the skills, but not the work area, tools, equipment or facilities.  Why not take advantage of the connection that links people to the same cause.

 Lets Partner Up!

When your working alongside another Business Owner within your work space, you can get to know a little bit more about who they are, what they’re like and their capabilities.  A front seat window to how they operate and engage with their customers.

As the Listing Owner, you could offer rental solutions that are advantageous to the Renter, with the intent of attracting the talent and skills you need.  Subcontracting the Renter, who is prepared to wear your brand (of hat and jumpsuit), while working on your client site.  In return, they get access to work space, tools, equipment, machinery and facilities they may not otherwise be able to afford.

  • Listing Owner offers attractive rental rates for the right skills
  • Renter pays for the use of the rental space and equipment, but is also able to earn extra income by subcontracting to the Listing Owner
  • Renter is able to subcontract Listing Owner and their staff if extra resources are needed to carry out client activities

Creating opportunities to drive more business for both Listing Owner and Renter through JumpSeat, by putting on a different hat can not only solve an immediate problem, but provide access to talent not previously available, until now.
